PEL provides design, manufacturing, integration and process and product development encompassing printable and hybrid electronics from prototype to production. PEL excel in areas where conventional electronics’ form factor would be limiting, for example, thin, flexible, stretchable and 3D structures. We develop and integrate electronic hardware interfaces for applications including health and other sensor applications.
For R&D and university customers we provide a wide range of materials for many types of material deposition and printing together with necessary support. We also design and manufacture our own bespoke LED UV curing system for the Dimatix DMP, a multi axis material deposition system (3DSP), and a Drop Watcher system for piezo jet applications.
We have a dedicated ink formulation and analysis facility in Cambridge.
Additionally PEL are distributors for Superfine Inkjet (SIJ), Microtec Screen Printers, Integrity Inkjet platforms, Neotech-AMT 5 axis print systems, Integrated Deposition Solutions (IDS) Nanojet and others.
